基于单片机的智能湿控喷洒系统

【摘要】:为解决超声波雾化片驱动过程中产生不必要能耗的问题,设计了一款基于C8051F410单片机的智能湿控喷洒系统。给出了系统的C8051F410外围电路、PWM方向控制电路、SPWM合成电路和滤波电路。该系统通过温/湿度传感器对周围环境温/湿度进行检测来自动调节电路产生的正弦交流电幅值,进而控制超声波雾化片的喷洒量,实现智能温/湿度监控,但应注意避免振铃现象。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of unnecessary energy consumption in the driving process of ultrasonic atomizer, an intelligent wet control spraying system based on C8051F410 single chip microcomputer was designed. The SPWM synthesis circuit and filter circuit of the C8051F410 peripheral circuit and PWM direction control circuit are given. The system automatically adjusts the sinusoidal alternating current amplitude generated by the circuit by detecting the ambient temperature / humidity through the temperature / humidity sensor, and then controls the spraying amount of the ultrasonic atomization sheet, and realizes the intelligent temperature / humidity monitoring. However, attention should be paid to avoid ringing phenomenon.
