嵌入式红外成像系统软件设计

【摘要】:一切物体都可以产生红外辐射,不同温度的物体产生的辐射强度不一样,红外探测器可以探测出这种辐射的强弱从而生成红外图像。目标的红外图像和可见光图像不同,它不是人眼所能看到的外形轮廓图像,而是直观呈现目标表面温度的分布情况,红外热成像就是将人眼不能直接看到的目标表面温度分布变成人眼可以看到的代表目标表面温度分布的热图像。 本项目在红外成像技术成熟的前提下,以氧化钒为红外探测材料,相应的驱动电路及模数转换电路、USB模块、OMAP3530嵌入式系统为硬件平台,在Linux环境下,采用交叉编译的方法,以QT为工具开发了一套功能完善的软件系统,包括红外图像实时显示、录像、截图等。本软件是在PC机上Linux系统中搭建ARM交叉编译环境生成可执行代码,然后在OMAP3530嵌入式系统中运行。 本项目以USB数据线为传输方式,将前端红外探测器探测到的目标温度信息传输到嵌入式系统以视频的形式显示出来。当探测目标与其背景温度相差不大时,对比度会很低,加上环境以及电路的噪声,得到的原始数据会不利于观察,为了改善这种缺陷,软件中采取了灰度级线性拉伸和伪彩变换的算法将原始数据进行处理,从而使得对比度明显增强,得到了清晰的红外图像,最终可以达到实时监控和探测的目的。 本项目软件人机界面友好,以触摸屏的方式进行操控,在图像的实时显示过程中可以实现截图录像等功能,测试表明软件功能完善,,运行稳定。
[Abstract]:Infrared radiation can be produced by all objects. The intensity of radiation produced by objects at different temperatures is different. Infrared detectors can detect the intensity of this radiation and generate infrared images. The infrared image of the target is different from the visible image. It is not the contour image that can be seen by the human eye, but the distribution of the surface temperature of the target. Infrared thermal imaging is to transform the temperature distribution of the target surface which can not be seen directly by the human eye into a thermal image which can be seen by the human eye. On the premise of mature infrared imaging technology, this project uses vanadium oxide as infrared detection material, corresponding drive circuit and analog-to-digital conversion circuit / USB module / OMAP3530 embedded system as hardware platform, and adopts cross-compiling method under Linux environment. A software system with perfect function is developed by using QT, including infrared image real-time display, video recording, screenshot and so on. This software is built in PC Linux system arm cross-compile environment to generate executable code, and then run in OMAP3530 embedded system. In this project, USB data line is used to transmit the target temperature information detected by the front-end infrared detector to the embedded system, which is displayed in the form of video. When the temperature of the target is not different from the background temperature, the contrast will be very low, and the environment and the noise of the circuit will result in the raw data will not be conducive to observation, in order to improve this defect, In the software, gray level linear stretching and pseudo-color transform are used to process the original data, which makes the contrast obviously enhanced, and the infrared image is clear, which can achieve the purpose of real-time monitoring and detection. The software of this project is friendly in man-machine interface, controlled by touch screen, and can realize the function of screenshot and video in the process of real-time image display. The test shows that the software has perfect function and stable operation.
