基于嵌入式系统的激光扫描检测控制技术研究

【摘要】:随着电子技术的快速发展,嵌入式系统已经成为热点,大量应用在工业设备以及家用电器当中。当今光电检测技术逐渐向小型化、智能化、高效率方向发展,非接触测量是检测技术研究的主要内容之一。本文使用AVR作为激光扫描检测系统的主控制器,将扫描检测技术与计算机技术结合。通过控制扫描光学系统,光电接收器件,电子学处理系统和计算机处理系统,将携带被测工件径向直径信息的光束进行接收、转换、处理,从而实现了被测工件径向尺寸的测量。 本文从嵌入式方面实现了扫描检测系统小型化智能化设计,文中详细论述了激光扫描检测系统的检测原理和方法,对转镜的扫描速度进行了分析,对扫描光束进行了整形设计,同时对激光扫描检测系统的电路部分以及软件部分进行了设计。从实验结果可以看出,本文设计的检测系统误差在±2μ m内。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electronic technology, embedded system has become a hot spot, a large number of applications in industrial equipment and household appliances. Nowadays, photoelectric detection technology is developing towards miniaturization, intelligence and high efficiency. Non-contact measurement is one of the main contents of detection technology. In this paper, AVR is used as the main controller of laser scanning detection system, which combines scanning detection technology with computer technology. By controlling the scanning optical system, the photoelectric receiver, the electronic processing system and the computer processing system, the beam carrying the information of the radial diameter of the workpiece is received, converted and processed. Thus, the radial dimension of the workpiece is measured. In this paper, the miniaturization and intelligent design of scanning detection system is realized from the embedded aspect. The detection principle and method of laser scanning detection system are discussed in detail. The scanning speed of rotating mirror is analyzed, and the scanning beam is shaped and designed. At the same time, the circuit and software of the laser scanning detection system are designed. It can be seen from the experimental results that the error of the detection system designed in this paper is within 卤2 渭 m.
