基于ARM的动力与环境系统集中采集单元的设计与实现

【摘要】:数据中心机房内动力(配电柜、电源柜、UPS、发电机、蓄电池组等)、环境(空调,漏水检测、温湿度等)、消防(烟感检测)、安防(红外检测、门禁等)等设备为数据中心计算机设备的可靠运行提供保障。因此,为了保证计算机设备的安全可靠工作,对机房内动力、环境及其他设备进行监控和管理是极其必要的。通过对数据中心机房内动力与环境设备的分析归类,设计开发集中采集单元对机房内设备进行实时监测与控制。集中采集单元的硬件电路设计基于NXP公司的i.MX287处理器为核心单元,并设计供电电源电路、双路以太网接口电路、智能设备接口电路、数据采集电路、外部存储电路、USB总线扩展接口电路等电路模块。集中采集单元的软件基于Ubuntu 14.04 LTS操作系统设计开发,首先移植Uboot和Linux 2.6.35内核,并配置文件系统,编写应用程序并编译后下载到集中采集单元的硬件平台,完成系统的集成。另外设计了基本的集中监控软件用于实现对数据中心机房内设备的集中监控和对设计的集中采集单元的系统集成调试。设计开发的集中采集单元能够实现对机房内动力与环境设备的实时监测与控制,可降低人力运维成本,减少维护费用。
