Delta算子不确定NCS故障检测与容错控制

【摘要】:随着网络控制技术的不断进步,传统控制系统网络化便成为一种新的发展趋势。因此,网络控制系统(Networked Control Systems, NCS)引起了越来越多学者的广泛兴趣。其安装简单,维护便捷,运营成本不高,被大量的运用在工业与工程中。随着NCS规模的逐步扩大,复杂程度的不断加大,即使是微小故障也会造成不可预料、无法估计的人员伤亡和财产损失。为保证系统运行的可靠性,展开对网络控制系统故障检测与容错控制的研究显得尤为重要。另一方面,Delta算子作为连续系统和离散系统描述的统一形式,能够很好的解决移位算子在高速采样时引起的数值不稳定问题,其在故障检测和容错控制中的应用研究日益成熟。本文把Delta算子方法引入到NCS故障检测以及容错控制当中,具有较为重要的科研意义和应用价值。 本文的主要工作和取得成果有如下几点: 首先,在网络控制系统一般模型基础上,建立了Delta算子描述的时延网络控制系统的状态方程。然后综合考虑不确定网络诱导时延和存在外部扰动情况,根据利亚普诺夫稳定性理论,给出故障检测滤波器存在的充分条件和求解过程,算例仿真验证了该方法的有效性。 其次,考虑原有不确定网络控制系统模型,在短时延的情况下,给出了Delta算子描述的不确定网络控制系统。然后假设发生执行器失效,引入状态反馈控制器,根据容错控制理论,运用线性矩阵不等式方法,给出了保证系统稳定的容错控制器设计方法,最后所做的仿真实验表明了该容错控制器具有较好的容错效果。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of network control technology, traditional control system networking has become a new development trend. Therefore, the network control system (Networked Control Systems, NCS) has attracted more and more scholars' interest. Its installation is simple, the maintenance is convenient, the operation cost is not high, is used in the industry and the engineering. With the gradual expansion of NCS scale and the increasing complexity, even minor faults will cause unpredictable casualties and property losses. In order to ensure the reliability of the system, it is very important to study the fault detection and fault-tolerant control of the network control system. On the other hand, as a unified form of continuous system and discrete system description, Delta operator can solve the numerical instability problem caused by shift operator in high-speed sampling, and its application in fault detection and fault-tolerant control is becoming more and more mature. In this paper, Delta operator method is introduced into NCS fault detection and fault-tolerant control, which has important scientific significance and application value. The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows: firstly, based on the general model of networked control system, the state equation of networked control system with delay described by Delta operator is established. Then, considering the uncertain network induced delay and the existence of external disturbances, the sufficient conditions for the existence of the fault detection filter and the solution process are given according to Liaponov's stability theory. The simulation results show that the method is effective. Secondly, considering the original model of uncertain networked control system, the uncertain networked control system described by Delta operator is given in the case of short time delay. Then the state feedback controller is introduced. According to the fault-tolerant control theory and linear matrix inequality (LMI) method, the design method of the fault-tolerant controller is given to ensure the stability of the system. Finally, the simulation results show that the fault-tolerant controller has good fault-tolerant effect.
