基于嵌入式Linux的仓库监控系统设计与实现
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous release of the advantages of embedded technology, embedded system has been widely used in various fields of society and has a high degree of concern. Embedded warehouse monitoring system is one of the most popular applications. Warehouse, as a place where people's livelihood goods are stored, plays an important role in production. In order to ensure the security of materials and the requirements of storage environment, it is necessary to carry out video surveillance and temperature and humidity acquisition. The traditional monitoring system usually separates the video surveillance system from the temperature and humidity acquisition system and implements them separately. With the development of related technology, the features of front end integration, alarm intelligence and alarm linkage will be popularized in a large area, and the previous models will have some limitations. Based on embedded technology, video technology and network technology, a warehouse monitoring system based on embedded Linux is designed and implemented in this paper. The front-end is built with embedded S3C2440 as the control core, and the STC89c51 microcontroller is used as the processor of the acquisition module. After the overall design of the hardware and software, The temperature and humidity of the embedded front-end TCP and the transmission of the control signal and the video transmission of the UDP mode are studied and realized in the TCP/IP protocol network. The acquisition of video image information based on Video4Linux (V4L) technology is realized. Finally, the interface is designed under QT Creator and the correlation between signals and slots is completed. The embedded warehouse monitoring system adopts the design scheme of ARM 51 single chip microcomputer, which makes the front end of the system have high integration, good reliability, low power consumption, low cost, and has certain economic practicability.
