基于多系统的1553B和串行通信的PXI板卡设计

【摘要】:为了满足箭上单机设备的通用化测试需求,设计了适用于航天领域的基于多系统的1553B总线和串行通信的PXI板卡;介绍了板卡的主要功能、基本原理、硬件设计、Windows系统和VxWorks系统下软件驱动开发,用户层软件设计等;工程应用表明:板卡在-40~70℃环境温度下,1553B通信速率1Mbps,多路串行通信波特率800 bps至8M bps的条件下实时传输无误码,运行稳定,在多系统平台下图形显示实时性能高,板卡已经在多种箭上设备的通用测试中得到广泛应用。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirement of universal test of single-machine equipment on arrow, a PXI board card based on 1553B bus and serial communication for aerospace field is designed. The main functions, basic principles, hardware design, software driver development of Windows system and VxWorks system, software design of user layer and so on are introduced in this paper. The engineering application shows that the board can transmit no error code under the conditions of 1553B communication rate 1Mbps, multi-channel serial communication baud rate from 800Mbps to 8m bps, stable operation and high real-time performance in multi-system platform under the condition of-40 鈩,
