【摘要】:柔顺机构是一种利用柔性构件本身的弹性变形来实现运动、力、能量的传递和转换的新型机构,能够减少零件数目、减少装配、提高精度、减少摩擦等,在微机电系统、仿生领域有着很高的价值。 在很多情况下,柔顺机构中的柔性构件可以简化为一根柔性的悬臂梁。本文首先介绍了悬臂梁大变形分析的几种现有方法:链式算法、椭圆积分法、差分方程法、伪刚体模型法,分析了它们各自的优缺点,,并对比了它们求解悬臂梁大变形问题的结果。在求解柔顺机构时,链式算法、椭圆积分法、差分方程法分析柔性构件和求解机构方程是两个相对独立的过程,容易引进累计误差造成求解的不稳定;伪刚体模型法不存在上述问题,但是精度相对较差。本文将矩量法用在求解悬臂梁大变形分析中,其在分析悬臂梁大变形问题和求解柔顺机构问题中都具有很高的精度和稳定性。 本文分别使用伪刚体模型法和矩量法分析了Young双稳态机构,研究了此类机构和双Young三稳态机构的力矩曲线和能量曲线,借助一类特殊的有理多项式函数曲线和伪刚体模型建模方法,提出了一种新的优化设计双Young三稳态机构的方法,并加工出了实际机构,验证了机构的三稳态特性,证明了方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:Compliant mechanism is a new type of mechanism which uses elastic deformation of flexible members to realize the transfer and conversion of motion, force and energy. It can reduce the number of parts, reduce assembly, improve accuracy, reduce friction and so on. In MEMS, bionic field has a high value. In many cases, the flexible member in the compliant mechanism can be simplified as a flexible cantilever beam. Firstly, this paper introduces several existing methods of large deformation analysis of the cantilever beam: chain algorithm and elliptical integration method. The difference equation method and pseudo-rigid body model method are analyzed, their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, and their results for solving the large deformation problem of cantilever beam are compared. In solving the compliant mechanism, the chain algorithm and the elliptical integration method are used. The difference equation method is a relatively independent process for the analysis of flexible members and the solution of mechanism equations, and it is easy to introduce accumulative errors to make the solution unstable. The pseudo-rigid body model method does not exist the above problems, but the accuracy is relatively poor. In this paper, the moment method is used to solve the large deformation analysis of cantilever beam. It has high accuracy and stability in analyzing the large deformation problem of cantilever beam and solving the problem of compliant mechanism. In this paper, the pseudo-rigid body model method and the moment method are used to analyze the Young bistable mechanism, and the torque curve and the energy curve of the mechanism and the bistable Young mechanism are studied. With the help of a kind of special rational polynomial function curve and pseudo rigid body model modeling method, a new method for optimizing the design of double Young tristable mechanism is proposed, and the practical mechanism is machined. The three steady state characteristic of the mechanism is verified and the feasibility of the method is proved.
