【摘要】:设计了一种新型的液压系统——齿轮泵-马达一体机,它是由行星齿轮泵和多齿轮变量马达组成,在中间壳体上安装换向阀以实现马达的换向,改变中间壳体的形状可以改变输入轴和输出轴的角度。由于行星齿轮泵的流量脉动比普通外啮合齿轮泵小、多齿轮马达的扭矩脉动是普通外啮合马达的1/9,则齿轮泵-马达一体机的脉动大大减小了,从而降低系统的噪音污染。 本文首分析了齿轮泵-马达一体机中行星齿轮泵的瞬时流量特性和多齿轮马达的瞬时扭矩特性,并对其进行仿真,将分析的结果与普通齿轮泵和马达进行比较。 其次建立了齿轮泵-马达一体机的实体模型,并利用有限元分析软件对行星齿轮泵和多齿轮马达的端面和径向泄漏分别进行流场仿真分析,并得到压差为2MPa时,不同的端面、径向间隙与泄漏流量的关系,为进一步分析齿轮泵-马达一体机的内部流场奠定基础。 然后建立了以体积和瞬时脉动最小的多目标行星齿轮泵和多齿轮马达的优化数学模型,并利用优化工具箱得出了优化结果。 最后在齿轮泵-马达一体机实体模型的基础上建立数学模型,推导传递函数并画出方框图,分析了不同粘性阻尼系数、泄漏系数对齿轮泵-马达一体机动态特性的影响。 图[68]表[9]参[69]
[Abstract]:A new type of hydraulic system-gear pump motor integrated machine is designed. It is composed of planetary gear pump and multi-gear variable motor. The reversing valve is installed on the middle shell to realize the commutation of the motor. Changing the shape of the middle shell can change the angle of the input shaft and the output shaft. Because the flow pulsation of the planetary gear pump is smaller than that of the common external gear pump, the torque pulsation of the multi-gear motor is 1/9 of that of the ordinary outer gear motor. The pulsation of the gear pump-motor integrated machine is greatly reduced, thus reducing the noise pollution of the system. In this paper, the instantaneous flow characteristics of planetary gear pump and the instantaneous torque characteristics of multi-gear motor are analyzed and simulated. The results are compared with common gear pumps and motors. Secondly, the solid model of the gear pump motor integrated machine is established, and the flow field simulation analysis of the end surface and radial leakage of the planetary gear pump and the multi-gear motor are carried out by using the finite element analysis software. The relationship between different end face, radial clearance and leakage flow rate is obtained when the pressure difference is 2 MPA, which lays a foundation for further analysis of internal flow field of gear pump motor integrated machine. Then the optimization mathematical model of multi-objective planetary gear pump and multi-gear motor with minimum volume and instantaneous pulsation is established and the optimization results are obtained by using the optimization toolbox. Finally, based on the solid model of the gear pump motor integrated machine, the mathematical model is established, the transfer function is derived and the block diagram is drawn, and the different viscous damping coefficients are analyzed.
