平衡块式推力轴承的轴偏斜补偿特性

【摘要】:平衡块式推力轴承利用上、下平衡块之间的杠杆原理补偿轴偏斜,为明晰平衡块补偿轴偏斜的运动特性,在忽略瓦块、平衡块、套环等运动部件间相对滚动、滑动影响的假设下,推导了平衡块补偿轴偏斜的运动方程;应用简化前的运动模型、热流体动力润滑理论,对所推导平衡块补偿轴偏斜运动方程进行了验证;分析了轴偏斜大小及方向、瓦块及平衡块结构尺寸、瓦块数等因素对平衡块补偿轴偏斜运动特性的影响。结果表明:忽略运动部件间的相对滚动和滑动,不影响对平衡块补偿轴偏斜运动规律的分析;平衡块转角、瓦块轴向位移随瓦块位置角呈三角函数关系分布;瓦块较多时,补偿性能较差;瓦块、平衡块支点处圆弧半径与平衡块补偿轴偏斜运动特性不相关。
[Abstract]:The lever principle between the upper and lower balance blocks is used to compensate the shaft deflection. In order to clarify the motion characteristics of the balance block compensating shaft deflection, the relative rolling between the tile block, the balance block, the sleeve ring and other moving parts is ignored. Under the assumption of the influence of sliding, the motion equation of balancing block compensating shaft deflection is deduced, and the motion equation of balance block compensation shaft deflection is verified by the simplified motion model and the theory of thermal hydrodynamic lubrication. The effects of the axial deflection size and direction, the structure size of tile and balance block, and the number of tile on the deflection characteristics of compensating shaft are analyzed. The results show that the relative rolling and sliding between moving parts do not affect the analysis of the skew motion of the compensating shaft of the balance block, the axial displacement of the tile is distributed in a trigonometric function with the angle of the tile position, and when there are more tiles, the distribution of the axial displacement of the tile with the angle of the position of the tile is trigonometric. The arc radius at the fulcrum of the tile and balance block is not related to the deflection motion of the compensating shaft of the balance block.
