转基因技术的公众接纳与风险感知、制度信任

【摘要】：作为现代技术支柱之一的转基因技术,社会公众态度不一。在湖北、浙江、重庆等省市实地调查数据的基础上,通过结构方程模型分析,发现制度信任直接决定转基因技术的公众接纳程度;且制度信任通过影响风险感知间接影响转基因技术的公众接纳。为了改善转基因技术的公众接纳程度,可以从三个方面入手:一是构建充分可靠的转基因技术信息传播平台,提升公众的科学素养;二是重构制度信任,促进专家—公众双向沟通机制的良性运行;三是加强管理,提高监督水平,引导公众的风险感知。
[Abstract]:As one of the pillars of the transgenic technology of modern technology, the public attitude. In Hubei, Zhejiang, Chongqing and other provinces and cities on the basis of the survey data, through the analysis of structural equation model, find the system trust directly determines the public acceptance of transgenic technology and the system of trust; indirect effects of transgenic technology by influencing the risk perception of the public acceptance. In order to improve the public acceptance of transgenic technology, from three aspects: one is the construction of fully reliable transgenic technology information dissemination platform, improving the public scientific literacy; two is to reconstruct the system of trust, promote the benign operation of experts and the public two-way communication mechanism; three is to strengthen management, improve the level of supervision, guide the public perception of risk.
