肾阳虚对大鼠小肠黏膜吸收细胞凋亡及凋亡相关基因的影响

【摘要】:目的:探讨小肠黏膜吸收细胞异常凋亡对肾阳虚模型大鼠吸收功能的影响。方法:建立肾阳虚模型大鼠的基础上分组及给药,采用流式细胞术、电镜及免疫组化法检测小肠黏膜吸收细胞的凋亡及凋亡相关基因Bcl-2、Bax蛋白表达。结果:肾阳虚模型大鼠小肠黏膜吸收细胞的凋亡率较假手术组显著升高(P0.01),出现凋亡细胞的特征性表现,Bcl-2、Bax蛋白的表达较假手术组显著升高(P0.01),但Bcl-2蛋白的增加幅度远不如Bax蛋白的增加。参附汤组大鼠各项指标均明显好转。结论:小肠黏膜吸收细胞的过度凋亡是肾阳虚影响吸收功能的主要机制之一,参附汤可改善此病理改变。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of abnormal apoptosis of intestinal mucosal resorption cells on the absorption function of rats with kidney-yang deficiency model. The apoptosis and apoptosis-related gene Bcl-2 of intestinal mucosal resorption cells were detected by electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry. Results: the apoptotic rate of intestinal mucosal resorption cells in rats with kidney-yang deficiency was significantly higher than that in sham operation group (P 0.01), and the characteristic expression of apoptotic cells was Bcl 2. The expression of Bax protein was significantly higher than that of sham operation group (P 0.01). However, the increase of Bcl-2 protein was far less than that of Bax protein. The indexes of Shenfu decoction group were improved obviously. Conclusion:. Excessive apoptosis of intestinal mucosal resorption cells is one of the main mechanisms of kidney-yang deficiency affecting absorption function. Shenfu decoction can improve this pathological change.
