胡杨CBF基因家族的鉴定及表达特性分析

【摘要】:CBF(C-repeat binding factor)基因家族是AP2转录因子家族的一类成员,在植物抵御低温胁迫与提高抗寒性中发挥着重要作用。为探究胡杨CBF基因家族的特性,本研究在胡杨基因组水平上共搜索到8个PeuCBFs成员,分布于6条scaffolds上,其中PeuCBF1和PeuCBF5的氨基酸和编码序列相同。对PeuCBFs在胡杨8个组织和5种非生物胁迫下的表达特性进行分析,发现PeuCBFs主要在幼叶或雌雄花序中表达;PeuCBFs的表达受低温胁迫的显著诱导,同时受盐、干旱和ABA胁迫诱导,但是受高温胁迫抑制。研究结果概括了胡杨CBF基因家族的基本特性,为进一步解析PeuCBFs的功能提供了参考。
[Abstract]:The CBF(C-repeat binding factor gene family is a member of the AP2 transcription factor family, which plays an important role in plant resistance to cold stress and cold resistance. In order to explore the characteristics of CBF gene family of Populus euphratica, In this study, eight PeuCBFs members were found at the genomic level of Populus euphratica and distributed on 6 scaffolds. The amino acids and coding sequences of PeuCBF1 and PeuCBF5 were the same. The expression characteristics of PeuCBFs in 8 tissues and 5 abiotic stresses of Populus euphratica were analyzed. It was found that the expression of PeuCBFs was mainly induced by low temperature stress, salt stress, drought stress and ABA stress, but inhibited by high temperature stress in young leaves or male and female inflorescences. The basic characteristics of CBF gene family of Populus euphratica were summarized. It provides a reference for further parsing the function of PeuCBFs.
