8株鸽源新城疫病毒广西分离株HN基因的遗传进化分析

【摘要】:应用RT-PCR方法对分离自广西不同鸽场的8株鸽源NDV广西分离株HN基因进行扩增、序列测定和分析,旨在探讨广西鸽源NDV HN基因的分子进化特点,为科学防控鸽源新城疫提供依据。结果显示,8株鸽源NDV广西分离株HN基因的ORF全长均为1 716 bp,编码571个氨基酸,属于强毒的C群,符合强毒株的基因长度特征。核苷酸同源性比较显示,8株鸽源NDV分离株与NDV基因Ⅵ型中的Ⅵb亚型同源性最高,为90.4%~99.5%。遗传进化分析显示,8株鸽源NDV广西分离毒株与我国2011-2013年广西、广东、吉林、辽宁、云南、黑龙江等地鸽源NDV分离株的遗传关系较为接近,位于同一进化树分支上,初步推测8株鸽源NDV广西分离株应属于classⅡ基因Ⅵb亚型NDV。
[Abstract]:The HN gene of eight pigeon NDV isolates from different pigeon farms in Guangxi was amplified, sequenced and analyzed by RT-PCR method, in order to explore the molecular evolution characteristics of NDV HN gene in Guangxi pigeon. The results showed that the ORF length of HN gene of 8 pigeon NDV strains isolated from Guangxi was 1 716 BP, encoding 571 amino acids, and belonged to group C of strong virus.
