宁夏回族和汉族人群15个STR基因座的遗传多态性

【摘要】:对宁夏回族和汉族人群15个STR基因座的遗传多态性进行调查,应用Identifiler Plus试剂盒检测598名宁夏回族、598名宁夏汉族无关个体15个STR基因座的DNA分型,使用Modified-Powerstates统计软件计算等位基因分布频率等法医遗传学数据。实验发现:宁夏回族和汉族人群的15个STR基因座基因型分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律(P0.05),宁夏回族群体15个基因座的杂合度(H)在0.659~0.858之间,匹配概率(Pm)在0.037~0.147之间,个体识别概率(DP)在0.798~0.963之间,多态信息含量(PIC)在0.570~0.850之间,非父排除概率(PE)值在0.368~0.710之间;宁夏汉族群体15个基因座的杂合度(H)在0.587~0.878之间,匹配概率(Pm)在0.035~0.211之间,个体识别概率(DP)在0.789~0.965之间,多态信息含量(PIC)在0.550~0.850之间,非父排除概率(PE)值在0.342~0.751之间。结果表明,宁夏回族人群和汉族人群15个STR基因座具有较高的遗传多态性分布特征,可为宁夏人口亲权鉴定、个体识别及群体遗传学研究提供基础。
[Abstract]:The genetic polymorphisms of 15 STR loci in Hui and Han populations in Ningxia were investigated. The DNA genotyping of 15 STR loci in 598 unrelated individuals of Ningxia Hui nationality was detected by Identifiler Plus kit. Using Modified-Powerstates statistical software to calculate the frequency of allele distribution and other forensic genetic data. It was found that the genotype distribution of 15 STR loci in Hui and Han populations in Ningxia conforms to the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium law (P0.05A) and 15 genes in Ningxia Hui population. The heterozygosity of the pedestal is between 0. 659 and 0. 858. The matching probability (Pm) was between 0.037 and 0.147, the individual identification probability was between 0.7980.63, the polymorphic information content was between 0.570 and 0.850, the non-paternal exclusion probability was 0.3680.700.10, and the heterozygosity of 15 loci in Ningxia Han population was between 0.5870.878. The matching probability (Pm) is between 0.035 and 0.211, the individual identification probability is between 0.789 and 0.965, the polymorphic information content is between 0.550 and 0.850, and the non-paternal exclusion probability is between 0.342 and 0.751. The results show that. The 15 STR loci of Hui and Han populations in Ningxia had high genetic polymorphism distribution characteristics, which could provide a basis for paternity identification, individual identification and population genetics research in Ningxia population.
