[Abstract]:In order to analyze the characteristics of the epidemic situation of small ruminant in China, the whole H gene sequence was downloaded from GenBank in our country and other countries, and the sequence analysis was carried out by using the molecular biology software DNAStar. In the first PPR epidemic in China, which began in 2007, the nucleotide homology of H gene among PPRV strains in Tibet was between 99.6% and 100.0%, and the nucleotide homology of PPRV strains in Tibet and other countries was between 86.7% and 98.3%. The homology of amino acid sequence among PPRV strains in Tibet region was between 99.70.0% and 98.4% between Tibet and other countries. The homology of amino acid sequence of PPRV virus strains in Tibet and other countries was between 89.3% and 98.4%. The sequence homology of amino acid sequence of PPRV virus strains in China began at the end of 2013 in another PPR epidemic in China. The nucleotide homology of PPRV strains in China was between 99.7% and 99.8%, the nucleotide homology of PPRV strains in China and other countries was between 87.2% and 97.5%, and the amino acid sequence homology of PPRV strains in China was between 99.2% and 99.8%. The amino acid sequence homology of PPRV strains in China and other countries was between 89.0% and 98.4%. The result of phylogenetic tree analysis showed that 9 PPRV strains in China were classified into gene 鈪,
