糖尿病视网膜病变神经细胞凋亡与晚期糖基化终产物受体基因多态性的相关性研究

【摘要】:目的:探讨晚期糖基化终产物受体基因(RAGE)-374T/A及-429T/C多态性与糖尿病视网膜病变神经细胞凋亡的相关性。方法:选取350例糖尿病患者(150例伴视网膜病变,200例不伴视网膜病变)与150例健康人群作为研究对象,比较分析各组患者RAGE基因-374T/A及-429T/C多态性等位基因和基因型频率的分布情况以及受试者临床基本特征。结果:RAGE基因-429T/C多态性的基因型和等位基因频率与糖尿病视网膜病变的发生无显著相关性(P0.05);糖尿病伴视网膜病变组RAGE基因-374T/A多态性的A等位基因频率高于不伴视网膜病变组(P0.05)。结论:晚期糖基化终产物受体基因-374T/A多态性可能通过引起糖尿病患者的神经细胞凋亡进而导致视网膜病变发生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between late glycation end product receptor gene RAGE-374T / A and -429T / C polymorphism and neuronal apoptosis in diabetic retinopathy. Methods: 150 patients with diabetic retinopathy and 200 patients without retinopathy were selected. ) and 150 healthy people as subjects, The distribution of alleles and genotype frequencies of RAGE gene -374T / A and -429T / C polymorphism in each group and the basic clinical characteristics of the subjects were compared and analyzed. Results the genotype and allele frequencies of -429T / C polymorphism of the RAGE gene and the diabetic visual network were compared and analyzed. The frequency of A allele of RAGE gene -374T / A polymorphism in diabetic patients with retinopathy was higher than that in patients without retinopathy. Conclusion: the late glycation end product receptor gene -374T / A polymorphism may be higher than that in the patients without retinopathy. Retinopathy occurs by inducing neuronal apoptosis in diabetic patients.
