基于护场理论探讨红肿消酊箍围法对皮肤脓肿大鼠创周组织IL-10,IL-1β基因表达的影响

【摘要】：目的:观察护场理论指导下红肿消酊剂箍围法对皮肤脓肿大鼠创周组织白细胞介素-10(IL-10),白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)基因表达水平的影响。方法:32只大鼠分为空白组、模型组、莫匹罗星软膏组及红肿消酊剂组。除空白组外,其余3组皮下注射金黄色葡萄球菌1 mL(3×10~9~5×10~9cfu·mL~(-1))建立皮下脓肿模型。模型组生理盐水换药,莫匹罗星软膏组采用莫匹罗星软膏2 g外涂换药,红肿消酊剂组采用红肿消2 mL换药,用药范围超过肿胀范围1 cm,换药1次/d。分别于治疗3,7,14,18 d取距离大鼠创面创周1,2,3 cm组织,观察大鼠创面脓肿局限及愈合时间,并检测IL-10,IL-1βmRNA转录水平。结果:与模型组比较,红肿消酊剂组能够缩短脓肿局限时间及创面愈合时间(P0.05,P0.01),红肿消酊剂组与莫匹罗星软膏组比较无统计学差异。红肿消酊剂组距离创周不同范围组织中IL-10水平在治疗过程中呈上升趋势,高于莫匹罗星软膏组及模型组,红肿消酊剂组治疗早期IL-1β水平低于莫匹罗星软膏组及模型组(P0.05,P0.01)。结论:红肿消酊剂箍围能够提高IL-10水平,并在脓肿形成早期抑制组织内IL-1β表达,从而能够有效减轻脓肿局部炎症反应,促进脓肿局限及创面愈合,为护场形成提供条件。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of hoop method of Hongzongxiao tincture on the expression of interleukin-10 (IL-10) and interleukin-1 尾 (IL-1 尾) in peripheral tissue of rats with skin abscess under the guidance of nursing field theory. Methods: thirty two rats were divided into blank group and model group. The model of subcutaneous abscess was established by subcutaneous injection of staphylococcus aureus (1 mL(3 脳 10 ~ (9) C) 5 脳 10~9cfu m L ~ ((1)) in the other three groups, except the blank group, in which normal saline was changed into the model group, and the subcutaneous abscess model was established in the mupiroxin ointment group and Hongzongxiao tincture group. Mupiroxine ointment group was treated with 2 g of mupiroxine ointment, and Hongzongxiao tincture group was treated with 2 mL of Hongzongxiao. The drug range was more than 1 cm. The localization and healing time of wound abscess in rats were observed, and the transcription level of IL-10 and IL-1 尾 mRNA were measured. Results: compared with the model group, Hongzongxiao tincture group can shorten the time of abscess localization and wound healing. There is no significant difference between Hongzongxiao tincture group and mupiroxine ointment group. The level of IL-10 in different tissues of Hongzongxiao tincture group is treated in different range. There is an upward trend in the process, The level of IL-1 尾 in the tincture group of Hongzongxiao was lower than that in the group of mupiroxine ointment and the model group. Conclusion: the hoop circumference of Hongzongxiaoxiao can increase the level of IL-10 and inhibit the expression of IL-1 尾 in tissues at the early stage of abscess formation. It can effectively reduce the local inflammatory reaction of abscess, promote the localization of abscess and wound healing, and provide conditions for the formation of nursing site.
