睾酮效用相关基因对道德判断的影响

【摘要】:道德判断(Moral Judgment)是道德行为产生的前提。探究道德判断发生的机制及影响因素,对于抵制不良风气、改善道德环境有重要的理论意义。已有药物操纵研究发现高睾酮水平个体倾向于功利主义道德判断。睾酮在机体的作用受雄激素受体基因(AR)、5α-还原酶基因(SRD5A2)、性激素结合白蛋白基因(SHBG)和芳香化酶基因(CYP19等基因调节,但这些基因对道德判断的影响尚不清楚。为了进一步确定睾酮效用基因与道德判断间的关系,我们采取基因行为学方法,在随机大学生样本中分析了AR SRD5A2、SHBG和CYP19等4个基因与道德两难和道德违反范式测验中道德许可性的关系。结果:1.CYP19基因的rs700518位点,对于附带性条件下的道德判断许可性有显著影响(p = 0.043),A等位基因个体具有更低的道德许可性;AR(CAG)n多态性位点在女性中,对于附带性(p = 0.014)、工具性(p = 0.017)以及行动条件下(p = 0.004)的许可性均有显著影响,SS基因型个体道德许可性高于LL基因型个体;SHBG基因的rs727428位点和SRD5A2基因的rs523349位点对道德判断无显著影响(p0.227)。2.CYP19基因rs700518位点对道德判断稳定性的影响无显著结果(ps0.137)。3.CYP19基因rs700518位点对于坏意图-坏结果的道德判断影响显著(p = 0.041),A等位基因个体具有更低的道德许可性;SHBG基因rs727428位点对于好意图-坏结果有显著影响(p = 0.003),携带高表达的C等位基因个体道德判断许可性更高;AR(CAG)n多态性位点在女性中,对于好意图-好结果(p = 0.007)、好意图-坏结果(p =0.022)的道德判断影响显著,SS基因型个体道德许可性更高。结论:1.CYP19基因rs700518位点与道德两难判断许可性有关,但与其稳定性无关。2.AR(CAG)n多态性位点在女性群体中影响道德两难和道德违反许可性判断。3.意图调节SHBG基因rs727428位点对道德违反情境中道德许可性的影响。4.SRD5A 基因rs523349位点对道德判断无显著影响。
[Abstract]:Moral judgment is the premise of moral behavior.It is of great theoretical significance to explore the mechanism and influencing factors of moral judgment for resisting unhealthy atmosphere and improving moral environment.Drug manipulation studies have found that individuals with high testosterone levels tend to utilitarian moral judgment.The role of testosterone in the body is regulated by genes such as androgen receptor gene ARD5A2, androgen binding albumin gene SHBG and aromatase gene CYP19, etc. However, the influence of these genes on moral judgment is still unclear.To further determine the relationship between testosterone utility genes and moral judgment, we adopted a genetic behavioural approach.The relationship between AR SRD5A2SHBG and CYP19 and moral dilemmas and moral permissibility in moral violation Paradigm Test was analyzed in a random college student sample.Results 1. The rs700518 locus of CYP19 gene had a significant effect on the permissibility of moral judgment under incidental conditions.For incidental (p = 0.014), instrumental (p = 0.017) and action (P = 0.004), there was a significant difference in the individual moral permissibility of SS genotype than that of the rs727428 locus of the SHBG gene and the rs523349 locus of the SRD5A2 gene in the LL genotype.There was no significant effect on the stability of moral judgment by rs700518 locus of CYP19 gene. 3. The influence of rs700518 locus of CYP19 gene on the moral judgment of bad intention and bad result was significant (p = 0.041).The rs727428 locus of the permissive SHBG gene had a significant effect on the good intentions and bad results (p = 0.003).For good intention-good result p = 0.007, good intention-bad result p = 0. 022) the moral permissibility of SS genotype individuals was higher than that of SS genotype.Conclusion: 1. The rs700518 locus of CYP19 gene is related to the permissibility of moral dilemma, but not to its stability. 2. The polymorphism of ARP19 gene affects moral dilemma and moral breach of permission judgment in female population.(4) SRD5A gene rs523349 locus had no significant effect on moral judgment.
