拟南芥COI1基因调控蔗糖响应的研究

【摘要】:植物激素茉莉酸和糖在植物生长发育中起重要作用,但两者之间的关系尚不清楚。本文研究了拟南芥茉莉酸受体基因COI1在植物响应无蔗糖反应中的功能。蔗糖能够诱导COI1基因表达,与野生型植物相比,coi1突变体在无蔗糖培养基中能够正常生长,主根增长,蔗糖含量增加,磷酸蔗糖合成酶基因SPSA1和SPSC以及生长素合成基因YACCA6和YUCCA8表达上调。结果表明COI1基因能够特异地在植物响应蔗糖中起重要调控作用。
[Abstract]:The phytohormone jasmonic acid and sugar play an important role in plant growth and development, but the relationship between them is unclear. The function of Arabidopsis jasmonic acid receptor gene (COI1) in plant response to sucrose free reaction was studied. Sucrose could induce the expression of COI1 gene. Compared with wild type plants, the mutant could grow normally, its main root increased and sucrose content increased. The expression of sucrose phosphate synthase gene SPSA1 and SPSC and auxin synthase gene YACCA6 and YUCCA8 were up-regulated. The results showed that COI1 gene could play an important role in plant response to sucrose specifically.
