中国粤西地区汉族人群miR-137基因多态性与精神分裂症脑白质微结构的相关性

【摘要】:目的研究miR-137多态位点rs1625579与精神分裂症脑白质微结构完整性的关系。方法首发精神分裂症患者及性别、年龄、受教育年限配对的健康对照组各32例,进行弥散张量成像扫描(DTI),采用基于解剖图谱的分析(ABA)方法得出脑区平均各向异性分数(FA)值。抽取静脉血,采用Sna Pshot方法进行基因分型,采用独立样本t检验,比较基因型组间FA值差异。结果精神分裂症患者TT与GT+GG基因型的FA值差异均无统计学意义(P0.05),精神分裂症患者TT基因型较健康对照者TT基因型右外囊、左外囊、扣带回、枕额上束、右钩束、左钩束FA值显著降低。结论精神分裂症风险基因纯合子个体可能在右外囊、左外囊、扣带回、枕额上束、右钩束、左钩束存在明显脑白质微结构的完整性下降。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between miR-137 polymorphism rs1625579 and the microstructural integrity of white matter in schizophrenia. Methods 32 patients with first episode schizophrenia and 32 healthy controls matched with age, age and years of education were examined with diffusion Zhang Liang imaging. The average anisotropic fraction (FAA) of brain was obtained by anatomic map analysis. Venous blood was collected and genotyping was performed by Sna Pshot method. The difference of FA value among genotypes was compared by independent sample t test. Results there was no significant difference in FA values between TT and GT GG genotypes in schizophrenic patients (P 0.05). The right outer capsule, left external capsule, cingulate gyrus, suboccipital bundle, right hook bundle of TT genotype in schizophrenic patients were higher than those in healthy controls. FA value of left hook bundle decreased significantly. Conclusion the homozygous individuals with schizophrenia risk gene may be located in the right outer capsule, left external capsule, cingulate gyrus, supraclavicular bundle, right hook bundle and left hook bundle.
