辽西地区猪源与人源链球菌耐药性及相关耐药基因同源性分析

【摘要】:采用微量稀释法进行11种兽用药及11种人用抗菌药的药物敏感性检测试验。结果表明:猪源和人源链球菌同时对8种兽用抗菌药和10种人用抗菌药物产生表观耐药性。针对分离菌株进行耐药基因检测,选取共同耐药率较高的3类抗菌药物的9种主要相关基因进行检测,发现猪源与人源链球菌携带共同耐药基因有6种,其中四环素类tet L基因的检出率高达92.39%,多黏菌素类mcr-1基因及大环内酯类erm B基因的检出率分别为79.35%和76.09%。对共同携带的耐药基因进行同源性分析表明,耐药基因tet L和erm B的同源性较高,均达到97%以上,其中tet L基因达到100%。研究结果提示猪场猪源和人源链球菌对多种常用兽用抗菌药及人用抗菌药物产生共同表观耐药性,而其部分相关耐药基因具有高度的同源性,这表明细菌耐药性及其耐药基因可在猪源与人源链球菌中传播。
[Abstract]:The sensitivity tests of 11 veterinary drugs and 11 human antimicrobial agents were carried out by microdilution method. The results showed that the pig source and human Streptococcus mutans produced apparent resistance to 8 kinds of veterinary drugs and 10 kinds of human antibiotics. The resistance genes were detected for the isolated strains and 3 kinds of antibiotics with high common resistance rates were selected. 9 major related genes were detected, and 6 kinds of common resistance genes were found in pig and human Streptococcus, of which the detection rate of tetracycline Tet L was up to 92.39%. The detection rates of polymyxin mcr-1 gene and macrolide ERM B gene were respectively 79.35% and 76.09%. to carry out homologous analysis of common resistant genes. The results showed that the homology of Tet L and ERM B was higher than 97%. The Tet L gene reached the results of 100%., which suggested that pig farm and Streptococcus human produced common apparent resistance to a variety of common veterinary drugs and human antimicrobial agents, and that some of their related drug resistance genes were highly homologous, which indicated that bacteria were resistant to bacteria. Drug resistance and drug resistance genes can be transmitted from swine to human Streptococcus.
