ahFAD2基因在江苏地方花生品种中的分布及其与油酸含量的相关性分析

【摘要】:【目的】为了阐明ahFAD2基因的遗传规律及其与种子油酸含量的关系,探究油酸含量与主要性状的相关性。【方法】利用CAPS标记对141份江苏地方品种的ahFAD2基因位点进行检测。【结果】25份材料ahFAD2A位点为野生型,116份材料ahFAD2A位点符合448GA的突变类型,ahFAD2B基因只存在野生位点;突变型位点所占的比率在交替亚种中远高于连续亚种;油酸含量均值在具有突变型位点花生中显著高于具有野生型位点花生;花生油酸含量与亚油酸含量有极显著的负相关关系。【结论】本研究认为ahFAD2A等位基因位点与花生种子油酸含量有极显著的相关关系;普通型花生中含有较多的中等油酸含量的ahFAD2A-m。
[Abstract]:[objective] to elucidate the inheritance of ahFAD2 gene and its relationship with oleic acid content in seeds. To explore the correlation between oleic acid content and main characters. [methods] CAPS markers were used to detect the ahFAD2 loci of 141 Jiangsu landraces. [results] the ahFAD2A loci of 25 materials were wild type and 116 ahFAD2A loci were consistent with 448GA. There were only wild loci in HFAD2B gene. The percentage of mutant loci in alternate subspecies was much higher than that in continuous subspecies, and the mean oleic acid content in peanut with mutant loci was significantly higher than that in groundnut with wild type loci. [conclusion] in this study, there was a significant correlation between ahFAD2A allele and oleic acid content in peanut seeds, and ahFAD _ 2A-m, which contained more moderate oleic acid in common peanut, was found to be significantly correlated with the content of linoleic acid in peanut seed. [conclusion] in this study, there is a very significant correlation between ahFAD2A allele locus and oleic acid content in peanut seeds.
