拉萨白鸡群体鱼腥味敏感基因多态性分析

【摘要】:鸡含黄素单氧化酶(FMO3)基因突变可导致鸡蛋出现鱼腥味,因此称为鱼腥味基因。研究旨在采用PCR-RFLP方法检测63个拉萨白鸡个体中FMO3基因T329S突变位点的基因及基因型频率分布,为提高该群体的蛋品质提供数据。结果显示:拉萨白鸡群体中,AA、AT和TT(鱼腥味综合症易感基因型)基因型频率分别为90.48%、9.52%和0,A和T的基因频率分别为95.24%、4.76%。该位点基因型分布处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态。拉萨白鸡群体中T等位基因的频率为4.76%,虽然鱼腥味综合征易感个体(TT基因型)期望频率很低,但应该通过分子辅助选择技术予以剔除。
[Abstract]:Chicken FMO3) gene mutation can lead to fishy smell in eggs, so it is called fishy smell gene. The aim of this study was to detect the gene and genotype frequency distribution of T329S mutation of FMO3 gene in 63 Lhasa white chickens by using PCR-RFLP method, and to provide data for improving egg quality of this population. The results showed that the genotypic frequencies of AA AT and TT (susceptible genotype of fishy smell syndrome) in Lhasa white chicken population were 90.48% and 9.52%, respectively, and the frequencies of 0A and T were 95.2424 and 4.76, respectively. The genotype distribution of this locus is in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium state. The frequency of T allele in Lhasa white chicken population was 4.76. Although the expected frequency of T allele was very low in the susceptible individuals with fishy smell syndrome, it should be eliminated by molecular assisted selection.
