荔波瑶山鸡NSG1基因变异检测及与繁殖性状关联分析

【摘要】:为了探明NSG1(neuron specific gene family member 1,NSG1)基因与鸡繁殖性状的关联性,以找出可作为鸡繁殖性状的重要标记,试验选用贵州省地方鸡种荔波瑶山鸡,采用PCR测序法对NSG1基因进行变异检测,并进行与繁殖性状的关联分析。结果表明:在荔波瑶山鸡NSG1基因上检测到2个变异位点,合并成2种单倍型。该单倍型与300日龄产蛋量、首次就巢持续时间、首次就巢至重新开产间隔、300日龄就巢次数存在极显著相关(P0.01)。说明该位点可以作为荔波瑶山鸡繁殖性状选育的辅助选择标记。
[Abstract]:In order to find out the relationship between NSG1(neuron specific gene family member 1 gene and reproductive traits of chicken, to find out the important marker of breeding traits of chicken, we selected Libo Yao Shan Chicken, a local chicken breed in Guizhou Province, and used PCR sequencing method to detect the variation of NSG1 gene. The correlation analysis with reproductive traits was carried out. The results showed that two mutation sites were detected on the NSG1 gene of Libo Yaoshan Chicken and combined into two haplotypes. The haplotype was significantly correlated with the number of eggs laid at 300 days of age, the duration of nest for the first time, and the number of nests at 300 days of age from the first to the first time of reopening. This locus can be used as an auxiliary selection marker for breeding traits of Libo Yao chicken.
