细胞增殖抑制基因与慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期致病因素吸烟的相关性

【摘要】:目的:探索慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)病程中细胞增殖抑制基因(HSG)与AECOPD致病因素吸烟的相关性,为进一步认识AECOPD发病本质创造条件。方法:随机选取80例AECOPD患者及30名正常人为研究对象,分为吸烟组、非吸烟组、正常组。所有入选者空腹抽取静态血液,用试剂盒法提取血液总RNA,用Real-time PCR检测各组AECOPD患者血清中HSG mRNA的表达;采用Western bolt检测各组AECOPD患者血清中HSG蛋白的表达。结果:与正常组比较,吸烟组及非吸烟组HSG mRNA及HSG蛋白的表达均降低(P0.05)。结论:HSG在AECOPD患者血液中低表达,在正常组血液中高表达;吸烟因素可能通过影响HSG的表达而影响了AECOPD气道重建。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between HSGG and smoking in AECOPD patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), so as to create conditions for further understanding the nature of AECOPD. Methods: 80 AECOPD patients and 30 normal subjects were randomly divided into smoking group, non smoking group and normal group. All the subjects were selected to extract static blood on an empty stomach, total RNAs were extracted by kit method, the expression of HSG mRNA in serum of AECOPD patients was detected by Real-time PCR, and the expression of HSG protein in serum of AECOPD patients was detected by Western bolt. Results: compared with the normal group, the expression of HSG mRNA and HSG protein in smoking group and non smoking group decreased significantly (P 0.05). Conclusion the expression of HSG is low in AECOPD patients and high in normal blood, and smoking may affect the airway remodeling of AECOPD by affecting the expression of HSG.
