脂联素基因多态性与脑梗死的相关性

【摘要】:目的:探讨中国汉族人群脑梗死(cerebral infarction,CI)与脂联素(ADIPOQ)基因多态性的相关性。方法:选取武进医院住院者,其中脑梗死患者(病例组)208例,排除脑梗死者(对照组)256例。所有入选者均排除有炎症、风湿、肝肾功能不全和肿瘤等疾病及长期服用药物史。记录研究对象的临床资料,如性别、年龄、吸烟史、高血压史、糖尿病史和血脂水平等。采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清脂联素水平,并采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性技术检测脂联素基因多态性。应用SPSS17.0数据统计软件对实验数据进行统计学分析。结果:1.本研究人群存在脂联素基因-11377C/G多态性;2.脂联素基因-11377C/G多态性与血清水平及脑梗死均有相关性。结论:中国汉族人群中血清脂联素水平降低与脑梗死相关,脂联素基因多态性与脑梗死相关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the association between adiponectin (ADIPOQ) gene polymorphism and cerebral infarction (cerebral) in Chinese Han population. Methods: 208 patients with cerebral infarction (case group) and 256 patients with excluded cerebral infarction (control group) were selected from Wujin Hospital. All patients were excluded from inflammation, rheumatism, liver and kidney dysfunction, tumor and long-term medication history. The clinical data, such as sex, age, smoking history, hypertension history, diabetes history and blood lipid level, were recorded. Serum adiponectin levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) and adiponectin gene polymorphisms were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). The statistical software SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze the experimental data. The result is 1: 1. Adiponectin gene-11377C / G polymorphism was found in this study population. Adiponectin gene-11377C / G polymorphism was associated with serum level and cerebral infarction. Conclusion: the decrease of serum adiponectin level is associated with cerebral infarction, and adiponectin gene polymorphism is associated with cerebral infarction.
