下一代基因测序技术在恶性肿瘤中的临床应用

【摘要】:下一代基因测序技术是基因测序发展中的一项革命性的进步,它在大幅度提高了测序通量的同时降低了测序成本。目前,下一代基因测序技术在临床诊断及治疗上的潜在应用价值已成为研究热点。恶性肿瘤的发病及预后与患者基因水平改变密切相关,该技术应用于临床可以通过检测个体基因改变,使恶性肿瘤的诊断和治疗更具有针对性,从而推动个体化治疗的进程。本综述将阐述下一代基因测序技术在恶性肿瘤中的临床应用。
[Abstract]:The next generation gene sequencing technology is a revolutionary progress in the development of gene sequencing. It greatly increases the sequencing throughput and reduces the cost of sequencing. At present, the potential application value of next generation gene sequencing technology in clinical diagnosis and treatment has become a research hotspot. The pathogenesis and prognosis of malignant tumors are closely related to the changes of gene level of patients. The application of this technique in clinic can make the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors more targeted and promote the process of individualized treatment. This review will review the clinical application of next generation gene sequencing in malignant tumors.
