滋阴清热药对狼疮鼠肾组织自噬基因atg16L1和细胞焦亡炎症因子的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨滋阴清热药对狼疮鼠肾组织自噬基因atg16L1和细胞焦亡炎症因子的影响。方法以滋阴清热方干预狼疮鼠,免疫组织化学方法观察自噬基因atg16L1肾组织中的组织形态,定量PCR检测atg16L1基因表达,同时检测肾组织细胞焦亡上下游炎症因子Caspase-1,IL-1β以及足细胞靶抗原Nephrin,Actinin4。结果滋阴清热药能提高狼疮模型鼠组肾组织自噬基因atg16L1的表达(P0.01),降低细胞焦亡炎症因子IL-1β(P0.01)以及足细胞靶抗原Nephrin表达(P0.05)。结论滋阴清热药能调控狼疮鼠肾组织自噬基因atg16L1,减轻免疫炎症和器官损害。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Ziyin Qingre drug on autophagy gene atg16 L1 and inflammatory factor of pyrolysis in renal tissue of rats with lupus erythematosus. Methods the renal tissue morphology of autophagy gene atg16L1 was observed by immunohistochemical method, and the expression of atg16L1 gene was detected by quantitative PCR. At the same time, the inflammatory factor Caspase-1 and IL-1 尾 and the target antigen Nephrinin 4 were detected. Results ZYQR could increase the expression of autophagy gene atg16L1 (P0.01), decrease the expression of IL-1 尾 (P0.01) and the target antigen Nephrin of podocyte (P0.05). Conclusion ZYQR can regulate autophagy gene atg16L 1 in renal tissue of lupus rats and relieve immune inflammation and organ damage.
