昆明市鸡源大肠埃希菌耐药基因的流行特征研究

【摘要】:为了解昆明市区农贸市场鸡源大肠埃希菌耐药基因的携带情况,采用PCR技术对140株鸡肝中大肠埃希菌的22个耐药基因进行了检测。研究表明,140株大肠埃希菌中TEM和Gyra(QRDR)基因检出率最高为100%;aph(3)-Ⅱa基因的检出率最低为22.86%,且13个耐药基因检出率在50%以上。呈贡区、官渡区、盘龙区、五华区、西山区检出率最低的耐药基因分别为aph(3)-Ⅱa、OXA、tetB和OXA、SHV、aac(3)-Ⅱa基因。研究结果可为大肠埃希菌病的临床用药提供理论指导,为公共卫生安全提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the drug resistance genes of Escherichia coli from chicken in the farm market of Kunming city, 22 resistant genes of Escherichia coli from 140 strains of chicken liver were detected by PCR technique. The results showed that the detection rate of TEM and Gyra (QRDR) genes was the highest among 140 strains of Escherichia coli. The lowest detection rate of the gene was 22.86a, and the detection rate of 13 drug-resistant genes was more than 50%.
