野生花生Hsp70基因家族的全基因组鉴定及生物信息学分析

【摘要】:热激蛋白70(heat shock protein 70,Hsp70)是细胞应对高温和其它胁迫环境时所产生的一类分子伴侣类型应激蛋白。本研究以Arachis duranensis和Arachis ipa録nsis基因组数据库为基础,利用生物信息学方法对Hsp70基因家族进行鉴定分析。结果表明,A.duranensis含有34个Hsp70基因成员,A.ipa録nsis含有35个Hsp70基因成员,两者的直系同源基因大部分分布于两套染色体相近的位置。Ad Hsp70和Ai Hsp70基因家族根据亚细胞定位结果可分4种类型,各类型的Hsp70基因结构相对保守。根据系统进化分析Hsp70基因家族可分为ClassⅠ(Hsp70)和ClassⅡ(Hsp110)两个亚家族,其中ClassⅠ亚家族进一步分为3个小家族,同时揭示Hsp70基因家族成员产生于单双子叶分化之前。GO分析预测表明,Ad Hsp70和Ai Hsp70基因家族功能类别完全一致,各功能类别数目比例变化相似。本研究结果有助于了解花生属植物Hsp70基因家族功能,以期为深入研究花生逆境生理过程中的分子调控机理提供基础。
[Abstract]:Heat shock protein 70 (Hsp70) is a kind of molecular chaperone type stress protein produced by cells in response to high temperature and other stresses. Based on Arachis duranensis and Arachis ipa nsis genomic databases, the Hsp70 gene family was identified by bioinformatics. The results showed that A. duranensis contained 34 members of Hsp70 gene, and nsis had 35 members of Hsp70 gene. Most of the homologous genes of A. duranensis and A. duranensis were distributed in two sets of chromosomal homologous genes. Ad Hsp70 and Ai Hsp70 gene families could be classified into 4 types according to the subcellular localization results. The structure of Hsp70 gene was relatively conserved.
