HLA-DRB1,DQB1等位基因与乌鲁木齐市儿童龋病易感性的相关性研究

【摘要】:目的:探讨人类白细胞抗原HLA-DRB1、HLA-DQB1等位基因与乌鲁木齐市地区汉族、维吾尔族龋病易感性的相关性。方法:采用多聚酶链反应-序列特异性引物(PCR-SSP)技术,对汉族82例龋病组和166例正常对照、维吾尔族40名高龋组和40名正常对照组分别进行HLA-DRB1与HLA-DQB1等位基因表现频率的检测。结果:汉族龋病组HLA-DRB1*04、HLA-DRB1*13、HLA-DRB1*14等位基因表现频率显著高于正常对照组;HLA-DRB1*09、HLA-DQB1*02等位基因表现频率明显低于正常对照组(P0.05)。维吾尔族中龋病组HLA-DRB1*11、HLA-DRB1*13等位基因表现频率高于正常对照组;而HLA-DRB1*04、HLA-DRB1*07等位基因则低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:汉族:HLA-DRB1*04、HLA-DRB1*13、HLA-DRB1*14可能是乌鲁木齐市地区汉族龋病患者易感基因;HLA-DRB1*09、HLA-DQB1*02可能是汉族龋病发病的保护基因。维吾尔族:HLA-DRB1*11、HLA-DRB1*13可能是维吾尔族龋病易感基因;HLA-DRB1*04、HLA-DRB1*07可能是维吾尔族龋病发病的保护基因。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between HLA-DQB1 alleles of HLA-DRB1 antigen and susceptibility to caries of Han and Uygur nationalities in Urumqi. Methods: polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers (PCR-SSP) were used to detect the frequencies of HLA-DRB1 and HLA-DQB1 alleles in 82 patients with caries of Han nationality, 166 normal controls, 40 Uygur subjects with high caries and 40 normal controls. Results: the allelic frequency of HLA-DRB1O04 HLA-DRB1O13 HLA-DRB1O14 alleles in Han caries group was significantly higher than that in normal control group (P0.05), and the frequency of HLA-DRB1-09 HLA-DQB1m2allele was significantly lower than that of normal control group (P0.05). The frequency of HLA-DRB1O13 alleles in Uygur patients with caries was higher than that in normal controls, but the HLA-DRB1O04 HLA-DRB1O7 allele was lower in Uygur than that in control group (P0.05). Conclusion: HLA-DRB1O04Hla DRB1O13 HLA-DRB1O14 may be the allele of HLA-DRB1O09 HLA-DQB1O02, which may be a protective gene for caries in Han nationality in Urumqi. In Uygur population, HLA-DRB1 / 11 HLA-DRB1 / 13 may be the gene of HLA-DRB1 / 04 and HLA-DRB1 / 07 may be a protective gene for the development of dental caries in Uygur nationality.
