RGS20基因在Luminal型乳腺癌的表达及临床病理特征相关性研究

【摘要】:目的探讨RGS20基因表达与Luminal型乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系。方法利用癌症基因组图谱数据库(TCGA数据库)筛选出1023例乳腺癌病例和98例癌旁对照样本,收集RGS20基因表达谱资料和临床信息资料,分析RGS20基因表达与乳腺癌临床病理特征的相关性及对预后的影响。结果 RGS20基因在不同乳腺癌分子分型中存在明显的表达差异,其中在Luminal型乳腺癌为低表达,而在三阴性乳腺癌中为高表达。同时在Luminal型乳腺癌中,对RGS20基因表达水平与其临床病理特征进行分析,发现RGS20基因表达水平与人种存在相关性(P0.05),其在黑种人中表达最高。进一步分析发现RGS20表达水平与ER受体水平存在密切相关(P0.001),ER受体阳性组其RGS20为低表达。结论 RGS20基因在Luminal型乳腺癌中表现为低表达,有别于其他类型的乳腺癌,且其表达水平与人种存在相关性,其中可能的机制是ER受体表达导致了RGS20基因的低表达,RGS20基因可能成为Luminal型乳腺癌的一个新的分子标志物。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between RGS20 gene expression and clinicopathological features of Luminal type breast cancer. Methods 1023 breast cancer cases and 98 para-cancer control samples were screened by TCGA database. The data of RGS20 gene expression profile and clinical information were collected. To analyze the correlation between RGS20 gene expression and clinicopathological features of breast cancer and its influence on prognosis. Results there were significant differences in the expression of RGS20 gene in different molecular types of breast cancer, including low expression in Luminal type breast cancer and high expression in triple negative breast cancer. At the same time, in Luminal type breast cancer, the expression level of RGS20 gene and its clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed. It was found that the expression level of RGS20 gene was correlated with race (P0.05), and the highest expression level was found in black people. Further analysis showed that there was a close correlation between the expression of RGS20 and the level of ER receptor (P0. 001). The expression of RGS20 was low in the positive group of ER receptor (P0. 001). Conclusion the expression of RGS20 gene is low in Luminal type breast cancer, which is different from other types of breast cancer, and its expression level is correlated with race. The possible mechanism is that the expression of ER receptor leads to the low expression of RGS20 gene. RGS20 gene may become a new molecular marker of Luminal type breast cancer.
