基于COⅠ及RAG2基因序列的我国科鱼类分子系统研究

【摘要】:采集了我国近海分布的、细鳞、尖吻、叉牙、四线列牙等5种科鱼类共25尾样品,利用PCR扩增技术对其线粒体基因COⅠ及核基因RAG2序列片段进行扩增测序,得到5种科鱼类COⅠ基因序列651bp及RAG2基因序列729bp,两基因片段均不存在插入与缺失。利用Mega 5.0计算科鱼类两基因碱基组成情况,种内与种间的遗传距离,并基于最大似然法构建了系统进化树。结果显示,系统进化树上,三线最先分化出来,位于进化树的底部,其次是细鳞,也单独形成一支,独立于其他科鱼类聚类分支之外,同属于属的3个种类并没有形成单系,与格纹岛、尖吻聚为一支;叉牙与四线列牙聚成一支,形成姐妹种,显示两者之间有较近的亲缘关系。
