不同基因型小麦的Pb积累特性及Pb对矿质元素积累的影响
[Abstract]:The characteristics of Pb accumulation of eight wheat genotypes (lines), such as Bainong 1306, Bainong 1309, Bainong 160, Bainong 418, Wenmai 6, Zhoumai 18, Zhoumai 22 and Zhoumai 26, were studied by using Hoagland's nutrient solution culture method. The effects of Pb on the accumulation of mineral elements such as Ca,Mg,Fe and K in wheat were studied in order to solve the contradiction between the accumulation of heavy metals and the utilization of mineral nutrients. The results showed that there were genotypic differences in Pb content of wheat grain, the Pb content of Banong 418 grain was the lowest, and that of Wenmai 6 Pb was the highest. According to the highest Pb content of the same variety (line), eight wheat varieties (lines) were divided into grain type, glume type, leaf type, and the corresponding variety (line) was Wenmai 6, respectively. Bainong 1306, Bainong 1309, Zhou Mai 22, 100 Nong 160, 100 Nong 418, Zhoumai 18, Zhoumai 26. Compared with the control without Pb (NO_3) 2, the content of Ca,K,Mg,Fe in different parts of 8 wheat varieties (lines) was different after treatment with NO_3. With the exception of Zhoumai 22, the content of Ca in the stem of Zhoumai 22 increased significantly, the other 7 varieties (lines) decreased, and the K content in leaves and glume decreased in 8 varieties (except Zhoumai 2226). The content of Mg in grains of Wenmai 6 and Zhoumai 18 increased significantly, while that of the other 6 varieties (lines) decreased significantly, while the content of Fe in leaves of 8 varieties (lines) increased significantly. The change pattern of Mg content (other than grain) was the same for Ca, 1306 and K of bimai 418 and Zhoumai 26, Zhoumai 18 and Zhoumai 26, respectively.
