水稻淀粉合成候选基因OsAGPL3与淀粉相关性状的关联分析

【摘要】:以不同地理来源77份水稻品种组成关联作图群体,对水稻淀粉合成相关候选基因OsAGPL3作序列变异分析,在考虑群体结构影响基础上,利用连锁不平衡结构分析和关联分析揭示该基因与淀粉相关性状关系,发掘与直链淀粉含量、支链淀粉含量、胶稠度和糊化温度相关优异等位变异。OsAGPL3基因多态性分析表明,在编码区和非编码区内共发现200个SNP和44个Indel,LD衰减距离为1 260 bp(R2=0.1),11个多态性位点与淀粉相关性状存在显著关联,其中5个位点可引起氨基酸改变,试验群体可分为12种单体型。
[Abstract]:77 rice varieties from different geographical sources were used to construct an associated mapping population. The sequence variation analysis of rice starch synthesis candidate gene OsAGPL3 was carried out on the basis of considering the effect of population structure. The linkage disequilibrium structure analysis and association analysis were used to reveal the relationship between the gene and starch-related traits, and to explore the excellent allelic variations related to amylose content, amylopectin content, gel consistency and gelatinization temperature. The attenuation distances of 200 SNP and 44 Indel,LD were found to be 1 260 bp (R2X 0. 1) in the coding and non coding regions. There was a significant association between the 11 polymorphic loci and starch-related traits, 5 of which could cause amino acid changes, and the population could be divided into 12 haplotypes.
