慈竹笋内源激素积累与KEGG代谢途径相关基因差异表达

【摘要】:本研究以不同高度的慈竹笋和当年生慈竹为材料,采用酶联免疫法和转录组测序技术,对慈竹笋生长过程中内源激素含量动态积累和脱落酸(ABA)、赤霉素(GA)与生长素(IAA)KEGG代谢途径相关基因差异表达进行分析。结果表明,慈竹在竹笋整个生长过程中,ABA、GA和IAA总含量随着株高的增高呈现不同的变化趋势,GA总含量变化呈"S"型曲线,IAA总含量变化呈双峰曲线,而ABA含量变化不明显;KEGG代谢途径中相关基因存在差异表达,其中ABA代谢途径中PSY和BCH在笋50 cm时呈现上调表达,ZE在150 cm时呈现下调表达。GA代谢途径中KAO与CPS在早期呈现上调表达,后呈现下调表达。IAA代谢途径中CATB在笋生长到50 cm呈现上调表达,而后呈现下调表达的趋势,而ALDH和OGDC随着笋的伸长呈现表达上调。
[Abstract]:In this study, the dynamic accumulation of endogenous hormones and abscisic acid (ABA),) in the growth process of amaranthin bamboo shoots were studied by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) and transcriptional sequencing techniques. The differentially expressed genes related to the metabolic pathway of gibberellin (GA) and auxin (IAA) KEGG were analyzed. The results showed that the total contents of ABA,GA and IAA varied with the increase of plant height during the whole growth process of Phyllostachys sinensis. The total content of GA showed "S" curve, and the total content of IAA showed a double peak curve. However, the content of ABA did not change obviously. The expression of PSY and BCH in the metabolic pathway of ABA was up-regulated at 50 cm, the expression of ZE was down-regulated at 150 cm, and the expression of KAO and CPS was up-regulated in the early stage of GA pathway. In the metabolic pathway of IAA, the expression of CATB was up-regulated at 50 cm and then down-regulated, while the expression of ALDH and OGDC increased with the elongation of shoot.
