基因工程重组乳酸菌研究进展

【摘要】:乳酸菌是人和动物肠道内常见的益生菌,具有提供营养、改善胃肠道功能、提高免疫力、抗菌等作用,随着基因工程技术的发展,选择乳酸菌作为载体传递系统,在细菌、病毒、肿瘤、寄生虫等领域构建了一系列重组乳酸菌。本文就基因工程重组乳酸菌的制备及防治效果作一综述。
[Abstract]:Lactic acid bacteria (Lactic acid bacteria) are common probiotics in human and animal intestines, which can provide nutrition, improve gastrointestinal function, improve immunity, and so on. With the development of genetic engineering technology, lactic acid bacteria are selected as carrier transmission system in bacteria. A series of recombinant lactic acid bacteria have been constructed in the fields of virus, tumor and parasite. In this paper, the preparation and control effect of recombinant lactic acid bacteria were reviewed.
