植物调控枢纽miR156及其靶基因SPL家族研究进展
[Abstract]:SPL (SQUAMOSA promoter binding like) family protein is a kind of multifunctional transcription factor family that is unique to plants. In Arabidopsis thaliana, 11 genes of SPL family are regulated by miR156. The proteins of this family all contain a conserved SBP domain, which contains two Zn2 binding sites and a nuclear localization signal sequence. In recent years, miR156 and SPL genes have been isolated from a variety of plants. More and more studies have shown that miR156 and SPL families are involved in plant growth and development, metabolic regulation and abiotic stress and other biological processes, and become the regulatory hub of plant growth and development. In this paper, the molecular mechanisms of miR156 and SPL families in the process of stage transition, leaf development, secondary metabolism and abiotic stress are reviewed.
