玉米中SBP-box基因家族的生物信息学分析

【摘要】:SBP-box基因作为植物特有的转录因子,在植物生长发育中起着重要作用。根据已报道的苹果中的SBP-box基因保守域的相关结构,通过生物信息学的相关软件和方法,鉴定并分析玉米基因组中所有SBP-box编码类型基因。对鉴定出的42个基因命名并检测相关属性。利用鉴定出的42个SBP-box基因构建进化树分析该家族基因的相似程度和基因之间的亲缘进化关系,绘制染色体定位图分析每个基因在玉米染色体上的位置。
[Abstract]:As a plant specific transcription factor, SBP-box gene plays an important role in plant growth and development. According to the related structure of the conserved domain of SBP-box gene in apple, all SBP-box coding type genes in maize genome were identified and analyzed by the relevant software and methods of bioinformatics. The 42 genes identified were named and the related attributes were detected. The 42 SBP-box genes identified were used to construct the phylogenetic tree to analyze the similarity of the family genes and the phylogenetic relationship among the genes, and to map the chromosomes of each gene to analyze the position of each gene on the maize chromosome.
