达氏鲟gdf11基因cDNA的克隆及组织表达特征分析

【摘要】:本研究克隆了达氏鲟(Acipenser dabryanus)生长转化因子gdf11(growth differentiation factor 11)基因cDNA。达氏鲟gdf11基因cDNA序列全长1 298 bp(不包括Poly A),开放阅读框为1 191 bp,编码396个氨基酸,5非编码区长19 bp;3非编码区长88 bp。通过Signal P软件预测含有N端21aa的信号肽。组织表达特征分析结果显示,gdf11在7种组织中均有表达,在眼和鳃中的表达量较高;不同水流条件下,鳃和心脏gdf11的表达量有显著性差异,静水中鳃gdf11表达量是流水(流速27.0±3.0 cm/s)的4.70倍,而心脏中的表达量是流水的2.72倍。这暗示了gdf11可能在呼吸代谢中发挥功能。
[Abstract]:In this study, the gene cDNA. of (Acipenser dabryanus) growth transformation factor gdf11 (growth differentiation factor 11 was cloned. The cDNA sequence of gdf11 gene of Sturgeon da Sturgeon is 1 298 bp (excluding Poly A), open reading frame: 1 191 bp, encodes 396 amino acids, 5 non-coding region is 19 bp;3 length 88 bp.) The signal peptide containing N-terminal 21aa was predicted by Signal P software. The results of tissue expression analysis showed that gdf11 was expressed in all 7 tissues, and higher in eyes and gills. Under different water flow conditions, the expression of gdf11 in Gill and heart was significantly different. The expression of gdf11 in Gill was 4.70 times of that in flowing water (27.0 卤3.0 cm/s) and 2.72 times in heart. This suggests that gdf11 may function in respiratory metabolism.
