艾滋病肺脾气虚证免疫相关基因作用机制的探讨

【摘要】：艾滋病是由人类免疫缺陷病毒感染引起的一种感染性疾病,前期本课题组对HIV/AIDS肺脾气虚证候生物学基础研究中,已经初步发现了差异表达的mRNA和micro RNA,差异表达的免疫相关基因主要涉及免疫效应过程、防御反应、补体结合、补体受体活化,根据FC≤0.5或者FC2.0进行筛选,发现的差异性基因7个,其中上调的有2个,下调的有5个,文章主要对这几个基因进行研究探讨。

The differential expression of mRNA and micro RNA, has been preliminarily found in the study of the biological basis of lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome in HIV/AIDS.
