一株牛源污蝇杆菌的分离鉴定、耐药性及耐药基因检测

【摘要】:污蝇杆菌(Wohlfahrtiimonas chitiniclastica)是一类新出现的罕见的人畜共患致病菌。2016年10月,吉林省某肉牛场一头育肥牛眼睑出现化脓病灶,使用多种抗菌药物治疗效果不佳。无菌采集病牛眼睑分泌物,进行细菌分离培养。分离菌株经培养特性、染色镜检、生化试验、16SrRNA序列分析,确定为污蝇杆菌,其对小鼠有致病性。分别用20种抗生素对分离到的菌株使用K-B纸片扩散法测定其耐药性,结果显示对青霉素、头孢拉定、红霉素耐药,对其余17种药物敏感。分别对β-内酰胺类耐药基因(TEM、ADC、OXA-23、OXA-51)、大环内酯类耐药基因(ermA、ermX)以及四环素耐药基因(tetK、tetW)进行检测,结果均显示阴性。
[Abstract]:(Wohlfahrtiimonas chitiniclastica) is a kind of rare zoonotic pathogen. In October 2016, pus occurred in the eyelids of a fattening cow in a beef cattle farm in Jilin Province, and the effect of using a variety of antibiotics was not good. The eyelid secretions of diseased cattle were collected aseptically, and the bacteria were isolated and cultured. After culture characteristics, staining microscopic examination, biochemical test and 16SrRNA sequence analysis, the isolated strain was identified as Drosophila melanogaster, which was pathogenic to mice. The drug resistance of 20 kinds of antibiotics to the isolated strains was determined by K / B disk diffusion method. The results showed that they were resistant to penicillin, cefradine and erythromycin, and sensitive to the other 17 kinds of drugs. 尾-lactam resistance gene (TEM,ADC,OXA-23,OXA-51), macrolide resistance gene (ermA,ermX) and tetracycline resistance gene (tetK,tetW) were detected respectively.
