植物WRI1基因生物信息学分析

【摘要】:植物转录因子WRI1特异性正向调控糖酵解和脂肪酸合成过程,是油料作物遗传育种工作的重要靶基因。本研究通过系统发育分析、基因结构分析和多序列比对,获得如下结论:(1)WRI1基因属于ANT亚族,单独聚为一支,称之为WRI1(ANT-Ⅱ)亚族。WRI1(ANT-Ⅱ)亚族基因按照植物的种属亲缘关系进行聚类;(2)WRI1(ANT-Ⅱ)亚族基因具有相似的内含子-外显子结构,且相比于AP2亚族基因,与ANT-Ⅰ亚族基因更相近;(3)WRI1(ANT-Ⅱ)亚族基因AP2保守结构域内的5个关键氨基酸残基可能与该亚族转录因子的DNA结合特异性密切相关。
[Abstract]:Plant transcription factor WRI1 is an important target gene in oil crop genetics and breeding because of its specific positive regulation of glycolysis and fatty acid synthesis. In this study, through phylogenetic analysis, gene structure analysis and multiple sequence alignment, the following conclusions were obtained: (1) WRI1 gene belongs to ANT subfamily and is grouped into one branch alone. It is called WRI1 (ANT- II) subfamily. WRI1 (ANT- II) subfamily gene is grouped according to the genetic relationship of plant species. (2) WRI1 (ANT- II) subfamily gene has similar intron-exon structure, and is more similar to ANT- I subfamily gene than AP2 subfamily gene; (3) the five key amino acid residues in the conserved domain of WRI1 (ANT- II) subgene AP2 may be closely related to the DNA binding specificity of the subfamily transcription factor.
