果树配子体自交不亲和关键基因S-RNase与SFB同源基因研究进展

【摘要】:近年来,随着果树自交不亲和研究的深入,在果树中发现了许多属于配子体自交不亲和(GSI)的树种。本综述着重从基因的分离鉴定、结构功能分析综述了果树配子体自交不亲和的关键基因S-RNase与SFB同源基因的研究进展及作用机制,对于果树品种杂交育种亲和性的选择及无核品种选育有着重要意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of the study of self-incompatibility of fruit trees, many species belonging to gametophyte self-incompatibility (GSI) have been found in fruit trees. In this review, the research progress and mechanism of S-RNase and SFB homologous genes, the key genes of gametophyte self-incompatibility in fruit trees, were reviewed from the isolation and identification of genes and the analysis of structure and function. It is of great significance for the selection of cross breeding affinity of fruit tree varieties and the breeding of seedless varieties.
