卡波西肉瘤病毒编码的kshv-miR-K12-1-5p靶基因预测及生物信息学分析

  目的:对卡波西肉瘤病毒(Kaposi’s sarcoma-associated herpesvirus,KSHV)编码的小分子RNA kshv-miR-K12-1-5p进行靶基因预测和靶基因生物信息学分析,为未来对kshv-miR-K12-1-5p靶基因的研究提供可行的方向。方法:利用数据库PubMed、miRTarBase、TargetScanHuman Custom、miRDB等对kshv-miR-K12-1-5p靶基因进行查询和预测,之后对这些靶基因进行GO和KEGG的富集分析以及蛋白互作网络的分析,并对互作网络的关键模块和关键基因进行提取和分析。结果:通过数据库miRTarBase查询到经过验证的靶基因有NF-Kappa-B抑制因子α和细胞转录因子MAF;通过PubMed查询到经过验证的靶基因有抑制细胞因子信号转导6。通过生物信息学分析预测得到8个靶基因,分别是PPIH、POLR2B、HNRNPU、MAGOHB、DNAJC8、HNRNPC、RBM22、HNRNPA3。结论:本次研究通过利用生物信息学的方法,对KSHV编码的kshv-miR-K12-1-5p靶基因进行预测,得到一...
