血清抵抗素水平及抵抗素基因启动子-420C/G多态性与川崎病的相关性研究

目的观察血清中抵抗素水平及抵抗素基因启动子-420C/G多态性在川崎病的表达水平,并对其相关性进行分析。方法随机选择60例川崎病(KD)患儿为KD组,另设60例健康儿童为对照组。两组均采用酶联免疫吸附实验检测儿童血清抵抗素水平,应用多聚酶链反应限制性片段长度多态性技术检测不同组别患儿抵抗素基因-420C/G位点多态性的差异,同时检测统计其血液学相关指标,包括血白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白水平(Hb),红细胞压积(Hct)。结果与对照组比较,KD患儿外周血液中WBC、RBC、Hb及Hct表达水平均降低(P<0.05),而血小板计数(PLT)表达水平升高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;血清抵抗素检测结果显示,与对照组相比,KD患儿血清抵抗素水平升高;限制性核酸内切酶试剂盒BpiⅠ检测血清抵抗素基因启动子-420C/G多态性,与对照组相比,KD组患儿GG较CC基因频率较低(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,KD患儿血浆抵抗素水平与WBC、RBC、Hb及Hct呈负相关(P<0.05),而与PLT表达水平呈正相关(P<0.05)...
