VDR BsmI位点基因多态性与结直肠癌易感性关系的meta分析

　　目的:BsmI是被广泛研究的维生素D受体基因其中一个位点。目前,国外已有许多关注BsmI位点与结直肠癌易感性关系的研究,但由于样本量不同、种族差异,使得维生素D受体BsmI位点的多态性与结直肠癌之间的易感性关系的研究仍然存在着较大的争议。为了减少各项研究间的偏倚,本研究通过Meta分析的方法,以确定维生素D受体基因BsmI位点与结直肠的发生发展是否具有关系,并对结果加以分析。方法:计算机检索美国国家医学图书馆的Pubmed数据库、EMBASE、Medline、Embase、中国知网数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统（SinoMed）、万方（Wanfang）数据库、维普网。检索时间截止至2017年10月国内外公开发表的关于VDR BsmI位点基因多态性与结直肠癌遗传易感性关系的病例对照研究的文献。由两位研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,采用Review Manager 5.3.3软件对纳入的文献进行异质性检验,经Meta分析计算合并OR值及其95%CI。结果:共纳入10个病例对照研究,最终病例组共纳入样本量数目为8464例,对照组共纳入样本量数目为9037例。Meta...
