汉族急性冠脉综合征患者载脂蛋白E基因多态性与血脂谱的相关性研究

　　背景载脂蛋白E基因(APOE)多态性与血脂谱和心血管疾病有关;然而,这些关系因种族而异。载脂蛋白E有E2、E3、E4这3个亚型,分别由ε2,ε3和ε4这3个等位基因编码。E3是汉族人群中最常见的亚型,E2是最少见的亚型。除载脂蛋白E外,高敏感性C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和N-端前B型利钠肽(NT-proBNP)近来也作为心血管疾病的新型危险因素。然而载脂蛋白E的基因多态性与这些心血管疾病危险因素之间是否具有关联性,仍尚不清楚。目的本研究首次对汉族人群进行了研究,评估了载脂蛋白E基因多态性的分布及其与急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)、血脂谱及其他心脏代谢风险因素的关系。同时,我们研究hs-CRP和NT-proBNP与APOE基因型的关系方法本前瞻性研究纳入800名汉族受试者,其中ACS212例,非ACS者588例。对rs7412和rs429358基因型进行了TaqMan分析,这两个变异型决定APOE等位基因的ε2,ε3和ε4等位基因。结果ε2、ε3和ε4的频数分别占总体样本的3.8%,76.9%和19.3%。ACS与载脂蛋白E4亚型有关。非急性冠脉综合征组载脂蛋白ε4携带者总胆固醇水平高于...
