【摘要】:基于FDM工艺,实验研究了不同分层高度对3D打印制品力学性能和表面质量的影响。结果表明:一定范围内,随着分层高度的增加,制品拉伸强度逐渐降低,而断裂伸长率则逐渐升高;在成型方向上,随着分层高度的增加,表面粗糙度增加,同时沉积层的表面轮廓由三角形逐渐向半圆形过渡,而垂直于成型方向的轮廓线,无明显尺寸精度变化,表明与分层高度相关性较小。
[Abstract]:Based on the FDM process, the effects of different layer height on the mechanical properties and surface quality of 3D printing products were investigated experimentally. The results show that within a certain range, with the increase of height, tensile strength decreased, and elongation increased gradually; in the forming direction, stratified as the height increases, the surface roughness increases, and the surface profile of the sediment layer by the triangle gradually to the semicircle transition, and perpendicular to the direction of the contour forming no obvious changes in size, precision, and show that the stratification height correlation is low.
